Move In / Move out ScheduleExpo Hours
Loading Doc InformationVendors and Exhibitors can unload their supplies and materials at the South Doc. Once you have unloaded you will need to move your vehicles and park in the Conference Center parking structure or at one of the surrounding parking lots. Loading doc will only be open during the hours specified above. You WILL NOT be able to access Exhibit Hall C outside of these hours and will have to transport your materials through the main entrance to the hall. Directions to the Convention Center

| Take the 710 South (stay left) towards downtown Long Beach (DO NOT exit on Broadway) until it turns into Shoreline Drive. Go past Pine Ave. and make a U-turn at Linden. Come back down Shoreline Drive approximately 500 feet and turn Right onto the service road. Follow the service road (left) to the South Dock. The South Dock will be approximately 300 feet after the turn and is enclosed by standard fencing. | Take 7th Street west towards downtown. Turn Left on Alamitos and follow it all the way down to Ocean Blvd. At this point Alamitos turns into Shoreline Drive. Continue straight through Ocean Blvd and follow Shoreline Drive past Linden Ave. Approximately 500 feet past Linden, turn Right onto the service road. Follow the service road to the South Dock. The South Dock will be approximately 300 feet after the turn and is enclosed by standard fencing. |
