The International Alchemy Conference Affiliate Program was developed to keep ‘like’ organizations in support of one another.  It was designed to connect worldwide communities.

  • Web banner for your website and the links to purchase Alchemy Conference passes and incentives through your site.  Please note our web site is search engine optimized for nationwide coverage.
  • A series of email blast templates with copy and links written for your organization.  These emails will feature on-going Conference updates, increased incentives and sales opportunities

There are many different ways to participate in the Alchemy Conference.  Participation is key element to the success of the event.  We want to reward you for participating in the growth and overall success of the event.  To express how much we value your affiliation you will receive 2 full weekend passes to the Exhibitors hall.  Here’s how your affiliation will financially award you.

For every dollar spent by anyone associated with your organization participating in any of the many Alchemy Conference activities, your organization will earn 20% on all event registrations.  Rebates are based on the pricing at the time of registration.


Every minute of everyday you can earn cash for your organization.  It’s that simple!  Here are some of the ways your members can earn you rewards.

  • Participate in a workshop
  • Attend a Speaker Presentation
  • See a Speaker Presentation from the comfort of your own home alone or with friends by purchasing Pay-Per-View (new for 2010).

Participation Incentives…

Your participation in the event is important to us.  To maximize your affiliation with the event we are offering you the opportunity to gain greater exposure for your organization and market to your target audience.  Here are the incentives to help with your participation.  

1.    When 50 members or more register, your organization will receive a complimentary 10x10ft booth space, 4 full weekend exhibitor passes and be highlighted in the event program.
2.    When 25 members or more register, you will receive 4 full weekend passes to the Exhibitors hall.
3.    Just for signing up as an Affiliate, you will receive 2 full weekend passes to the Exhibitors hall.


HOW TO BECOME AN AFFILIATE

1. Begin by creating an account.  Go to the top of the page and click on “Sign up Now” All you have to do is fill out a short application and you are one your way to earning all the benefits associated with this program.

2. Once the account is created, within 48 hours, an Alchemy Conference marketing representative will contact you to review the benefits of the program with you and how maximize your involvement? They will discuss how you can get started and provide you with all the marketing tools to ensure you reach your participation goals.  Your Alchemy representative will:

  • Discuss the social media information and instruct you on how to participate.
  • Help jumpstart marketing to your membership by delivering the current camera ready conference promotion offers to your e-mail and answer any questions you may have.
