The Alchemy Conference Affiliate Program was developed to keep ‘like’ organizations in support of one another. It was designed to connect worldwide communities.

The International Alchemy Conference is a globally reaching organization. Part of its ability to have reached this height is its hands on expansion theory of working closely with those who spread the same messaging. Collectively we all make many changes happen faster. The message is of peace and it is achieved through Alchemical Transformation.

Your affiliation with the IAC comes with many benefits. Not only will you benefit from its mass global alignment, your organization will also gain financially throughout the process whether you are local to Southern California or half way around the world.

Recognition Benefits

• Your company banner will be on the affiliate page of the Alchemy Conference web site with a link to your web site. Please note our web site is search engine optimized for nationwide coverage.
• The Alchemy Conference will send you a series of email blast templates with copy about your affiliation with the conference with your unique link that will allow your members to register and help you earn your affiliate rewards.

Financial Rewards

There are many different ways to participate in the Alchemy Conference. Participation is a key element to the success of the event. We want to reward you for participating in the growth and overall success of the event. To express how much we value your affiliation you will receive 2 full weekend passes to the Exhibitors hall just for becoming an affiliate. Here’s how your affiliation will financially award you.

For every dollar spent by anyone associated with your organization participating in any of the many Alchemy Conference activities, your organization will earn 15% on all event registrations. Rebates are based on the pricing at the time of registration.

Every minute of everyday you can earn cash for your organization. It’s that simple! Here are some of the ways your members can earn you rewards.

• Purchase a ticket to the expo
• Participate in a workshop
• Attend a Speaker presentation
• Shamballah Tribal Initiation
• Purchase one of the 3 conference packages

Participation Incentives…

Your participation in the event is important to us. To maximize your affiliation with the event we are offering you the opportunity to gain greater exposure for your organization and market to your target audience. Here are the incentives to help with your participation.

1. When 50 members or more register, your organization will receive a complimentary 10x10ft booth space, 4 full weekend exhibitor passes and be highlighted in the event program.

2. When 25 members or more register, you will receive 4 full weekend passes to the Exhibitors hall.

HOW TO BECOME AN AFFILIATE

A. Begin by creating an account click on the “Sign up Now” logo. All you have to do is fill out a short application and you are on your way to earning all the benefits associated with this program.

B. Once the account is created, within 48 hours, an Alchemy Conference marketing representative will contact you to review the benefits of the program with you and how yu can maximize your involvement. Your Alchemy representative will:
a. Tell you where to send your company logo so it can be uploaded to the conference web site.
b. Help jumpstart marketing to your membership by delivering the current camera ready conference promotion offers to your e-mail and answer any questions you may have.
